Frosty

The sun still hasn’t managed to tip the treetops. Somewhere in the east, it is slowly making its way to the horizon but it isn’t there yet. We’ve had our first really cold snap and what will the future hold, weather-wise? Hard to say. Don’t forget that tomorrow it’s time to fall back an hour! Did you know that Congress is contemplating making Daylight Savings Time permanent next spring? How do you feel about that?

Anyway, the sun remains  abed, the  leaves are turning color and time changes Sunday. Dark will come mighty early then. Remember, a good way to light a dark day is with a crackling fireplace, a hot cup of coffee, an easy chair and a cozy mystery. What could be better?

The Lord bless you and keep you close to His heart and in the shelter of His mighty hands.

  1. Darkness and cold are too things I can do without.

  2. I can understand that, Morgan. I don’t like the short, dark days and when it’s so cold or icy that I can’t get out of the house!
