We had a surprise thunder shower earlier. And, it’s still dark and the clouds are muttering, like they are in a bad mood and are thinking about opening up with another round.
Labor Day weekend is upon us, the holiday that truly marks the end of summer. My flowers are feeling that their best days are over, but the coleus on my deck is giant-size. See how it compares to Nemo? With a hurricane approaching from the Gulf and nobody knows how really fierce it’ll be, I hope everybody is just cautious and safe. It’s actually a good weekend to batten down the hatches, or get to a safe place, be sure a bunch of cozy mysteries are at hand and enjoy the weekend with a bunch of adventuresome friends. They’ll have enough close calls for everyone. I promise.
