Yesterday was the kind of day it is good to remember. It was a day of doing this, doing that, going here and trying to find there (I told you I’m directions-challenged). It all ended happily and I enjoyed a feeling of accomplishment that several things I had put off were finally finished.
Then, as the sun sank and birds gathered to their nighttime places, I sat on my deck and enjoyed the warmth and stillness. It was the time of vespers, twilight. It was not actually still. Those robins were making a terrible racket. 
Filmy clouds moved across the Snow moon which will be full on February 22. It was nice to sit and rest. I was reminded of the verse, “Be still, and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)
