I’ve sharpened my pencils, laid in a huge supply of Folgers, talked to my computer about being on its best behavior, and now I’m asking my readers to spread the news! Pennell Publishing has offered a new contract which will include three new books. Moonlight Can Be Murder will make its debut some time this fall. After that (I’m not sure yet how long after) the fourth Darcy and Flora cozy will see the light of day. And, after a certain amount of time (the future is the future, after all) Darcy and Flora will embark upon their fifth cozy mystery.
Yesterday I mentioned that Easter seems like the first of the new year, a fresh beginning, bright hopes and goals. So this is the perfect time for an announcement about a new contract. And I couldn’t be happier. In fact, I’m heading for my third cup of coffee right now! And kicking up my heels! And dancing! And singing, and…Does anybody know a town crier I could hire?
