Just Wondering Why…
… if I believe the Bible, sometimes I don’t act as if I do?
… I get a sinking sensation when the plumber’s first words are, “Oh, wow!”
…. the full-length store mirror distorts my reflection into a pudgy, frumpy person I don’t even know.
…I remember things I’d like to forget and forget things I’d like to remember.
… dreams soar and reality plods?
… we can’t all be like my dog and greet each day with a wiggle and a woof and not worry about it.
Just Wondering What…
… would happen, if, when a problem threatens to overwhelm, I suddenly started to sing.
… would happen if I responded to every rudeness with, “God bless you.”
.. would happen if I always answered honestly when asked, “How are you?”
..my mirror did to that young person who used to live there?
