I was sitting at my trusty computer this morning, looking out of my window on the world and saw the rain coming. At first, it looked like fog arising over my neighbors’ rooftops, but then I saw the leaves moving on the crepe myrtle and sure enough, there were rain splatters appearing on the sidewalk. After a few wicked flares of lightning and echoing thunder, it settled in. Now, the rain is down to a soothing shower and the thunder is growing more distant, but I have a feeling it’s going to be that kind of day–rainy. And, that’s good!
After a breakfast of bacon, pancake, orange juice and coffee, I’m ready for the day. What are you up to this morning?
