Winners of the Mug Contest

Winners of the Mug Contest

The only thing I dislike about contests is that there can be only one or two winners. I randomly chose not one, but two winners this morning: Sherry Thompson and Terri Crossley. Congratulations! If you two will message me your mailing addresses, I’ll get the mugs on their way to your houses.

Everyone who entered the contest is a winner in my book and I wish I had enough mugs to send to each of you. I appreciate you so much, your support for cozy mysteries in general and Darcy, Flora, and Ned in particular. If it weren’t for you readers, how sad it would be for us writers. So, thanks to everyone! Another contest will be upcoming in a few weeks. This time, the prize will be a Manos Mysteries tote bag.

Thanks to my Canadian friends who particularly like Best Left Buried. Remember, if you haven’t read the first of the Darcy and Flora series, The Cemetery Club, it’s free on Barnes and Noble as a Nook book and it’s still only 99 cents at Amazon.

Some morning, the Folgers seems to be better than other mornings. I’ve no idea why. Of course, it’s good any morning but this morning, it particularly hits the spot. Maybe that’s because it’s cloudy, cold weather is coming, and I love being in and looking out. To my friends way up in the north of Alaska, your snow is beautiful! But then, Alaska is a beautiful state. I’m wondering if NWArkansas is going to get through the winter with no measurable snow or if it’s just waiting, gathering forces, and one day will come rushing down upon us.

Again, thank you, fans of Manos Mysteries. May your blessings be many, your troubles be few, and all of your dreams and your wishes come true.
