Another Year

This morning when I woke up, I was a year older than I was a couple of days ago. Can it be? I certainly don’t feel like an octogenarian plus three but that’s what the calendar says and the calendar must be right! Anyway, I had a happy birthday and I’m very glad to be here, to be present with my wonderful family and friends and this beautiful springtime season.

I believe God gives us a gift of each new day we live and when that day is filled with those we love and who love us, there’s nothing better. So, thank You Lord for another year and thank you, family for making it a happy one.
