The Day Before Easter

Such a lovely, still morning. The greens are vibrant. Shadows cast by the morning sun are sleepy, soft shadows. A squirrel scurries across my neighbor’s drive, and a blue jay is on the hunt for breakfast.

The azaleas by the front door are starting to bloom, as is the Iris. My deck is littered with tiny redbud blooms. A certain little dog tracks them into the house, so my floor is blooming too!

Yesterday, my publisher sent me the completed cover for Moonstruck and Murderous. I really like it! I can hardly wait to share it with you.

This is a beautiful time of year. I hope it’s a perfect day before Easter for you.
