Murder By Moonlight

Murder By Moonlight

I did it! Finished Murder By Moonlight, the fourth Ned McNeil cozy mystery. That is to say, I’ve gotten to the end of the book. Now begins the arduous task of editing, editing, editing. It’ll be a while.

Writing Murder By Moonlight was such fun. It’s a little different, in that the book centers around a murder that happened fifty years before. What suddenly brings this to the forefront again? Why, Ned did, of course. Actually, Daisy buys a house at auction, and then, strange things start happening. Pat’s answer to the whole thing? The moon was full when the foul deed was done.

There is another difference. A big surprise awaits the reader at the end of the book. That’s all I’ll say about that.

So, now, I’m feeling rather lonely. There is a cure, though. A fifth mystery is beginning to swirl within my head. It seems that I just can’t leave my friends there in Ednalee. I enjoy their company.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the two day giveaway of Grave Heritage. I’ll check with my publisher to see how many copies went where. Looks like it was a huge success. I love knowing that Darcy and Flora will be taking up residence on more book shelves throughout the world.

If you’re feeling a bit lonely or blue, or if you are just in the mood for a cozy mystery with an extra shiver, you are invited to join Darcy and Flora or Ned in a reading adventure.
